Processing of personal data that you provide when you register for the event

1. Your attendance at the event

We process your data to send you an email with the access link for the online conference. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

2. Newsletter / marketing

The conference is provided to you free of charge by DIGITAL PUBLISHING REPORT and event partners. I agree that my data (first name, last name, company, e-mail address) may be passed on to event partner companies. My data may be processed and used by both event partner companies and the DIGITAL PUBLISHING REPORT for the purpose of sending information about the services and offers of the respective company by e-mail.

We may send you an email newsletter, which informs you about upcoming events and news organised by DIGITAL PUBLISHING REPORT. We will use your name and email address to send you our email newsletter. The legal basis for processing is your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email at info@digital-publishing-report.de. We will store your data as long as you do not withdraw your consent.

3. Recipients of personal data

We use services provided by Wix.com Ltd, 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel, to process your personal data (hosting of the website). The data is processed on our behalf (commissioned data processing according to Article 28 GDPR). The EU commission has decied that Israel ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data.
